1) To make an Appointment:
Please call us rather than sending emails. Our receptionists will schedule your appointment during your call. This is because under HIPAA(Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) regulations, it is unlawful to send and receive personal information via emails, as emails can always be exposed when hacked by third parties. We are required by law to maintain the privacy of your health information. Thank you.
2) 24-Hour Cancellation Policy:
In order to maintain availability to all patients needing treatment, we ask that you notify us of any cancellations at least 24-hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Failure to call in and cancel in a timely manner will result in being charged the full amount for that appointment. We appreciate your cooperation in helping to serve our community by allowing your practitioner to be available to all those in need.
